Rhea Chakraborty to take legal action against SSR's family after chats of late actor's sister surface online

Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s case is taking new turns each and every day. Now, Rhea Chakraborty has said that she will be taking action against Sushant Singh Rajput’s family for making false statements before all the investigating authorities and the Supreme Court. Rhea Chakraborty will be taking legal actions, including prosecution, against the family. During an interview with the Times of India, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manshinde said, “The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor's mental health." Maneshinde added, “They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance." Two WhatsApp chats that are leaked is one between Sushant's manager Shruti Modi and the actor's elder sister Neetu Singh where she is asking the manager to share the prescription. Another one is between Sushant and his sister Priyanka in which she sends him a prescription from a doctor in Delhi clearly mentioning that the actor was taking medicine for his depression. The CBI is being involved in the inquiry now and Rhea Chaoraborty and her brother Showik are constantly being interrogated. The Enforcement Directorate is also looking into the money laundering angle after Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh filed a FIR against Rhea Chakraborty. (All photos: Instagram)
